The S-185 Fire Entrapment & Avoidance course is designed to prepare those who are planning to work in fire suppression activities in a capacity beyond initial fire suppression efforts required by industry workers. It is designed to prepare contract firefighters, danger tree fallers and assessors, machine operators, and any other fireline personnel to work safely in fire suppression activities for ongoing periods of time.
